Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

  • During high-demand periods, such as holidays or major promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The estimated delivery times below are in addition to processing times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, shipping method, and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $200.

Complimentary shipping is included for all members without a minimum order amount.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in Reaux’s shipping charges.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Please note that Reaux is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other external circumstances beyond our control.


Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at info@shopreaux.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
